1985 - Sunday

1954 - Reno, NV.   The Grotto Bar, at 361 North Virginia Street in Reno, was licensed for one poker game.

1954 - Reno, NV.   The Yukon Club was licensed for 21, keno and craps. It was located at 136 East Commercial Row, a ghetto area, and was one of only a few Reno clubs to welcome minority customers. On October 27, 1955, the club's license was revoked. In December of 1956 a license was granted for slot machines; the club closed in 1959.

1985 - Tuesday

2022 - Central City, Colorado.   Johnny Z's Casino renamed Dragon Tiger Casino.

1985 - Wednesday

2023 - Portsmouth, Virginia.   Grand opening, 2nd casino in Virginia.

1985 - Thursday

1959 - Reno, NV.   The Villa Roma, an Italian restaurant at 4201 West Fourth Street, was licensed for slots, roulette and 21. Gaming ended in December of 1959, but the restaurant continued to operate.
an ad from July, 1954, before the gaming license was issued

2016 - San Juan, Puerto Rico.   Inter-Continental Casino Closed.
